If Eggy Car allows you to create, upload, or share content (such as custom Eggy Car challenges, player profiles, screenshots, or messages), you retain ownership of your original content, but grant Eggy Car Studios a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with providing and promoting our Eggy Car services. You represent that your content does not infringe on anyone's rights and that you have all necessary permissions to share it within the Eggy Car community.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid in the six months prior to the claim.
